筋疲力盡之後..放下 22April2018

有時候由外而內做調整較易入手,尤其經過一輪嚴格的瑜伽體位法#yogasana練習之後。
通常情況是,平常轉個不停念頭多多又或是被困惱事壓得透不過氣的頭腦,此時已經由於高度關注身體鍛練而終於能夠解下繃緊,沈靜下來,而從那瞬間的無動靜,驚鴻一瞥和平安寧的內心。

Sometimes it’s easier to still the body from outside in especially after a rigorous #yogasana practice. Oftentimes the mind is finally settled or sink down and from there a glimpse of internal peace emerges.
